Halal food certificate is the food and service document that is given to companies that provide cosmetics, cleaning, chemistry and Islamic services to all food or cosmetics that comply with halal production conditions (hygiene, cutting, production, presentation, storage, transportation, sales, after sales). Malaysia is the first country to develop the standard and halal accreditation structure of the first halal food certificate in the world and to be accepted in all Islamic countries and countries where Muslims live, and therefore to issue halal certificates. Apart from private institutions such as Devir Quality certification, which is giving halal food certificates accredited from Malaysia, TSE (Approved by the Religious Affairs High Council of Religious Affairs) is also issued by the TSE. The halal certificate that Muslim societies have increasingly adopted has also affected different sectors, resulting in a serious halal food market.
In order to understand what halal food document is and what it needs, first of all, what is the concept of halal means and what it means must be explained.
Halal means that is suitable for Islam. It is all that is not forbidden in terms of Islam. Things that are not prohibited from being done or eaten religiously means halal, not haram. • All companies that manufacture food packaging materials and sell or import products,

• Companies producing meat and meat products can buy halal food.

 

Requirements for Halal Certificate

As can be understood from our general definitions and explanations, it is first necessary to know what is halal food. Of course, there is a requirement that the things that are haram for us in our religion are not in the food you produce. Nevertheless, if we list the required general items;

• Not to use additives and foodstuffs produced from pig and pig blood,

• Not to use blood and blood products and semi-products,

• Not to use carcinogenic, GMO, proven harm to human health, prohibited in more than one country during production,

• To fulfill all hygiene conditions completely during production,

• Legal permissions required to produce food,

• The food company is a food engineer.
